From the birch log that was a gift from Gilbert Rivera (see below) over a year ago. Finished with Mahoney’s Walnut Oil/Wax. (4″ x 9 3/4″)
Several cracks had developed and were filled with West System epoxy and sawdust and CA glue. Sanded with Abranet non-clogging sanding sheets (P-80, 120, 180, 240, 320, 400, 600 grit) and finished off with a 3M microfine sanding pad/sponge before applying Mahoney’s Oil/Wax finish.
